Return & Exchange Policy

At Shubh Gems, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every product. We offer a simple and transparent 15-day Return & Exchange policy, under the conditions outlined below.

Conditions to be eligible for Return / Exchange
  • Return & Exchange will be accepted if the delivered item(s) was damaged in transit or found defected upon delivery.
  • We offer a full money-back guarantee, if the gemstone is proved synthetic/artificial by any approved gemological institute.
  • Return / Exchange for item(s) in cases not mentioned above are subject to approval by Shubh Gems team.
  • The item(s) must be original, unused condition with Original Product Certificate, Invoice, Packaging, Documentation, etc.
  • For Customised orders (Gemstone Jewellery made to order), no return or exchange is covered if you are unsure about the design, size or colour after delivery.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or mishandling are not included under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Request for return/exchange has to be placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified within this period.

Return / Exchange Procedure
  • Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Include pictures & unboxing videos of the damaged/defected item(s) for our team to understand the issue.
  • Our Quality Control team will evaluate and approve the return/exchange if eligible.
  • Once approved for return/exchange, the item(s) need to be returned to us with all its contents.
  • In case of in-store returns, visit us at our flagship store in New Delhi during our working hours (as listed on our website).
  • For return by mail, send the item(s) to our postal address (as mentioned on our website) through a reliable courier service and share tracking details with us.
Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the return to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect.
Important Notes
  • Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Restocking fees is not applicable.
  • In-store returns are accepted subject to conditions mentioned above.
  • Do not mention words like 'precious', 'gemstones' & 'jewellery' outside the package to avoid undue attention or theft of the package.
